I have over ten years of experience in intuitively guiding my family and friends through labor, birth and postpartum care. Throughout the years, I found myself enjoying assisting mothers during the most trying times of motherhood by being hands on, giving encouraging words during labor and supporting them with newborn care afterwards.

Experiencing two hospital and two home births, I became very interested in wanting to provide the support I received during and after my births. It was unmatched and made a huge difference in the way I recovered. 

Before becoming a doula I worked in my grandmother's herb shop for five years where I engaged with hundreds of people while educating them on herbal remedies and supplements. In 2019, I completed a Postpartum Doula training with DONA International. In 2021 I completed another Postpartum and Birth training with Birth In Color RVA.  In 2022, I became a State Certified Doula. I strongly believe all women would benefit from hiring a Doula.
